REDEFINING LONG RANGE
Berger is proud to announce the new 6mm 120 Grain Long Range (LRHT) Bullet providing precision rifle enthusiasts and others, to benefit from its easy-to-load, jump-tolerant hybrid ogive profile, and the industry’s highest 0.328 G7 Ballistic Coefficient (BC), unprecedented for 6mm’s. Plus, all Long Range Hybrid Target bullets utilize Berger Meplat Reduction Technology (MRT) and are Doppler radar verified with less than 1% BC variation. This delivers the highest hit percentage and least amount of vertical dispersion at the longest ranges.
The 120gr LRHT is a heaviest-in-class projectile with the highest performing exterior ballistics of any .243 caliber. This redefines what shooters consider “long range,” enabling cartridges like the 6mm Creedmoor, 6mm Dasher, 6mm GT, 6×47 Lapua, and .243 Winchester—traditionally viewed as midrange platforms—to effectively perform at 1,000 yards and beyond.

Hybrid Ogive
Hybrid Ogives blend the best aspects of tangent and secant nose shapes into one ogive. Near the bearing surface, the shape starts off as a tangent, which makes it easy to tune, then transitions to a secant ogive, which results in a flatter trajectory and less wind drift.
MRT™
Our patented Meplat Reduction Technology (MRT) increases Ballistics Coefficient (BC) while decreasing BC variability. This means less vertical dispersion, less wind drift, and the highest hit percentage on target.
