AIRFIRE is specially formulated to remove a wide range of lead, oils, and grease associated with PCP and air rifle use.

Tested and approved by some of the best marksmen in South Africa, this solvent was specially formulated to account for the differences between air rifle and PCP barrels compared to traditional rifle barrels.

The result is a focus-driven, high-powered barrel cleaner for a new generation of weaponry.

Recommended to assist in the cleaning of fouling associated with Air Rifles and PCP.

SECURE AND UNLOAD THE FIREARM

  1. Wet 3 patches with AIRFIRE and push through the barrel.
  2. Run patches slowly in one direction to give solvent time to react with the bore surface.
  3. Run 10 passes through using a nylon brush soaked in AIRFIRE.
  4. Wet another 4 patches with AIRFIRE, run through, then leave the product in the bore for 5 minutes.
  5. Extend the time for extreme fouling.
  6. Continuously run patches containing AIRFIRE through until the patches gather no residue at the barrel tip.
  7. Finish with 2 dry patches. Before storing a firearm, run through a patch dampened with HP88 LUBE as this will prevent rust and dust from settling on your firearm.
  8. Always run a clean, dry patch through the firearm before use to avoid any obstructions. 
  9. Do not fire a projectile or round with the AIRFIRE inside the barrel. Make sure that the rifle is dry from the solvent before use. Dry fire the rifle or handgun after thoroughly drying the barrel.

Q:  Will I experience “Dieseling” with this Bore cleaner.

A: Yes, but only if not removed properly from the barrel. It is important to wipe out excessive chemicals from barrels. All cleaners will cause the solvents to ignite under extreme pressure. High pressure air rifles can experience partial oxygen pressures of up to 40Bar. Anything carbon related or flammable will ignite under these conditions. It is of utmost importance to read the instructions and eliminate the possibility of any cleaners to be inside the barrel when trying to fire a round. Avoid using oils that are not suited for high pressure conditions.
