Shipping Policy

For online orders over R3,000, we offer free courier delivery within South Africa. Orders are delivered door-to-door and usually dispatched within the lead time specified for each product.

Parcels are shipped using The Courier Guy with tracking and drop-off signature. We’ll provide you with a link to track your parcel online. Occasionally, we may use a different courier if the selected provider does not serve your area.

Shipping fees cover handling, packaging, and the courier charge. These fees are fixed, with a flat rate nationwide. We recommend grouping your items together in a single order. Orders placed separately cannot be combined, and each will incur individual shipping fees. While packages are dispatched at your own risk, we take special care to protect fragile items.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. If the packaging is obviously damaged, we suggest you open the package in front of the courier representative and photograph any damage to both packaging and products to help resolve the issue. We
never send broken items or damaged packaging.

All parcels are shipped via an economy service with delivery expected within 2–6 working days from the ship date. Delivery times can vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Special Delivery Charges

Please note that any additional charges from the courier company will be added and invoiced separately, or you may need to provide an alternative address. Special deliveries typically apply to high-risk areas or locations requiring extra steps beyond standard delivery.

Late Delivery

Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECT Act”), you may cancel your purchase with seven days’ notice if your products are not shipped within the timeframe stated above. Returned products must be in original condition, properly packaged, insured, and sent back by courier at your own expense.

Cancellations should be sent in writing to orders@valleypursuits.co.za. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund your purchase value; please note, courier costs are non-refundable.
